Client area and account problems

The client area at omnehosting.com is where you manage services, invoices and tickets. It is separate from the game panel. This page covers the client area.

Why it happens: Usually a wrong email or password, or you are using your game panel login on the wrong site.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you are on omnehosting.com, not panel.omnehosting.com.
  2. Check the email address for typos and try your password again.
  3. Use Forgot password if you are not sure of it.
  4. If you still cannot get in, open a ticket or email support@omnehosting.com from the address on the account.

Why it happens: After several failed attempts the site pauses logins, and shows “Too many login attempts. Please try again in N seconds.”

How to fix it:

  1. Wait for the time shown.
  2. Then try once with the right details, or use Forgot password.
  3. If your network keeps being blocked, open a ticket, or ask on Discord.

Why it happens: It happens to everyone.

How to fix it:

  1. On the login page, click the forgot password link.
  2. Enter the email on your account and submit.
  3. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password. Check spam if it does not arrive.
  4. Use a password of at least 8 characters. A new account password must also contain letters and numbers.

Why it happens: The email may be in spam, or the address does not match the one on your account.

How to fix it:

  1. Check spam and junk folders and wait a few minutes.
  2. Try the other email addresses you might have used.
  3. If nothing arrives, open a ticket, or ask on Discord, and say which email you used.

Why it happens: OmneHosting has two separate sites. omnehosting.com is the client area (billing, invoices, tickets). panel.omnehosting.com is the game panel (console, files, backups). Changing the password on one does not change the other.

How to fix it:

  1. Use omnehosting.com to pay, manage services and open tickets.
  2. Use panel.omnehosting.com, or the Access Panel button on your service page, to run your server.
  3. See Panel login and Account security.

Why it happens: The Access Panel button on a service page tries to log you in to the panel automatically. It can fail when panel two-factor authentication (2FA) is on.

How to fix it:

  1. Go to panel.omnehosting.com directly.
  2. Log in with your panel email and password and enter your 2FA code.
  3. See Panel login problems.

Why it happens: Some features, such as the free trial, need a verified email. The message may be in spam, or the address is wrong.

How to fix it:

  1. Check spam and junk folders.
  2. After you log in, open the email verification page and ask for a new email. You can only ask once every couple of minutes, and the page shows “Too many attempts. Try again later.” if you ask too soon.
  3. Click the newest link only.
  4. If it never arrives, open a ticket.

Why it happens: Your account has an email address that we use for invoices and tickets.

How to fix it:

  1. Log in and open Account.
  2. Change the email and save.
  3. After you change it, your email is marked unverified and a new verification email is sent to the new address. Click the link in it.
  4. If you cannot log in to the account, open a ticket or email support@omnehosting.com and include your account name, the old email and the new one.

I need to update my name or billing details

Section titled “I need to update my name or billing details”

Why it happens: Names and contact details are used on invoices.

How to fix it:

  1. Open Account in the client area.
  2. Change the details and save.
  3. Old invoices keep the details they were created with. If one needs a correction, open a ticket with the invoice number.

Why it happens: Some payment options can be saved for automatic renewals.

How to fix it:

  1. Open Account, then Payment Methods.
  2. Remove a saved method with the remove button there.
  3. If nothing is listed, or a method will not save, pay the invoice manually instead.

Why it happens: Support is by ticket, available 24/7.

How to fix it:

  1. Log in at omnehosting.com and open Tickets.
  2. Create a new ticket, choose a department if it is asked, and set a priority.
  3. Write a clear subject and describe the problem. Add your service, server name, exact error text and screenshots.
  4. Submit it. We aim to reply within 1 day, and a server that is down is handled first.

Why it happens: Replies are in the ticket itself.

How to fix it:

  1. Open Tickets and click the ticket.
  2. Read the conversation and write your reply at the bottom.
  3. Keep everything about one problem in one ticket.
  4. You can also email support@omnehosting.com or ask on Discord.

I did not get an email when a ticket was answered

Section titled “I did not get an email when a ticket was answered”

Why it happens: Notification emails can go to spam, or the address on your account is wrong.

How to fix it:

  1. Check spam and the email on your account.
  2. Open Tickets in the client area, the reply is shown there even if no email arrives.
  3. Open Account, then Notifications, to see which emails you get. Some notifications may be locked on and not changeable.

Why it happens: Tickets can be closed when the issue is solved. A customer can also close a ticket.

How to fix it:

  1. If the problem came back, open a new ticket and mention the old ticket number.

Why it happens: Credit is money on your account that can be used to pay invoices.

How to fix it:

  1. Open Account, then Credits, to see your balance.
  2. On an invoice, a payment made with credit is labeled “Paid with Credits”.
  3. For refunds that were given as credit, see Refunds.

Why it happens: We do not know of a delete button in the client area, so deletion is done by request.

How to fix it:

  1. Cancel your services first and back up anything you want to keep. See Cancelling a service.
  2. Open a ticket from the account email asking for deletion.
  3. Data deleted with a server cannot be recovered. Deletion is subject to legal limits, for example active billing or tax records. See the Privacy Policy on omnehosting.com.

Why it happens: Stolen accounts are usually the result of reused passwords.

How to fix it:

  1. Use a long password you do not use anywhere else.
  2. Turn on two-factor authentication under Account, then Security, in the client area. The game panel has its own 2FA, see Account security.
  3. Never share your password with anyone, even someone who says they are from OmneHosting.
  4. If you think someone got in, change your password and open a ticket.

Why it happens: OmneHosting uses account protection. It can block sign-ups from listed or disposable email domains, weak passwords or names that fail its checks, and networks (IP addresses) that were banned, including after repeated failed logins. Accounts can also be suspended by it.

How to fix it:

  1. Try a normal email address, and turn off VPNs or proxies.
  2. If it continues, open a ticket or ask on Discord with your account email.

Open a ticket or ask on Discord. See Contact support.
