Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”- Open Services in your client area and click View next to your server.
- Find Upgrade Service (“Upgrade your service to a higher plan”) and press Upgrade.
- Choose the plan you want and complete the payment.
Create a backup before any plan change, just in case.
Move to a smaller plan
Section titled “Move to a smaller plan”The Upgrade button only lists higher plans. To move to a smaller plan, open a ticket and tell us which service and which plan you want. See Contact support.
What about the money?
Section titled “What about the money?”- Upgrades are not eligible for a cash refund. In special cases we may give an adjustment as account credit.
- Moving to a smaller plan does not generate a refund or credit for unused time in the current billing cycle.
