Cancel your service

Caution

When a service is cancelled or ends, its data can be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Download a backup and your important files first.

How to cancel

1. Open Services in your client area and click View next to your server.
2. Press Cancel.
3. Choose when the cancellation takes effect:
   • End of billing period: your server keeps running until the time you have already paid for ends, and then it is cancelled.
   • Immediate: your server stops working right away.
4. Tell us why you are cancelling and confirm.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund, and there are no partial refunds for unused time unless our refund terms allow it. If you are within the refund window, see Refunds and ask for a refund at the same time.
