Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”How long does setup take? Your server is created automatically after payment, usually within minutes. Then follow Launch your first server.
Is there a free trial? Yes. A free Minecraft trial lasts 48 hours, with one trial per account and email verification. See Free trial.
Which Minecraft server types do you support? Paper, Spigot, Vanilla, Forge, NeoForge, Fabric, Quilt, Purpur, Folia, and Bedrock. You can switch in the panel. See Change your Minecraft version.
What does my Minecraft server start with? Every new Minecraft Java server starts on Vanilla, the plain game. Install a modpack from Modpacks, or switch to Paper on Minecraft Version to use plugins. See Install a modpack and Change your Minecraft version.
Can you help me move from another host? Yes. Open a ticket after signing up and we will help you move your world, plugins, and configs.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Can I get my money back? Yes. You get a full refund within 3 days of your first purchase, no questions asked, and you can ask for one up to 7 days after purchase by ticket. See Refunds.
How do I cancel? From Services in your client area. See Cancel your service.
What happens if I miss a payment? A service can be suspended if an invoice is not paid within 48 hours of its due date. See Renewals and invoices.
Can I upgrade later? Yes. See Upgrade your plan.
Your server
Section titled “Your server”Does my server have backups? You get a number of backups that depends on your plan, and you can schedule them. See Backups.
Can I invite friends to help manage my server? Yes. Use Users in the panel menu to add sub-users.
Can Bedrock players join my Java server? Yes, with the Geyser and Floodgate plugins. See Let Bedrock players join your Java server.
Can I move my server from another host? Yes. The Server Importer copies your files over SFTP or FTP. See Server Importer.
Is my server protected from DDoS attacks? Yes, with Omne-Shield. See Omne-Shield DDoS protection.
Where are your servers? Our servers are in the US West region.
