Users and permissions
Add other people to your server so they can help manage it, without sharing your password.
Add a user
Section titled “Add a user”- Open Users in the left menu.
- Press Add User and enter their email address.
- Choose which permissions to give them.
- Send the invite.
Only give access to people you trust. They see this server only, and you can change or remove their access at any time.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Permissions are grouped by area:

| Control | Send console commands, and start, stop, or restart the server. |
| User | Create, view, edit, and delete other users on the server. |
| File | Create, view, read, edit, delete, archive, and use SFTP for files. |
| Backup | Create, view, download, restore, and delete backups. Locking also needs delete. |
| Allocation | View and change ports. |
| Startup | View and change startup variables and the Docker image. |
| Database | Create, view, change, and delete databases, and view the password. |
| Schedule | Create, view, edit, and delete schedules. |
| Settings | Rename the server and reinstall it. |
| Activity | View the activity log. |
Server owners can do everything. Other users can never manage your billing or your account.
Remove someone
Section titled “Remove someone”Open Users, choose the person, and delete them. Their access ends straight away.
