Panel error messages

“This server is currently running its installation process”

Section titled ““This server is currently running its installation process””

Your server is still being set up. Most actions, including the console and power controls, are unavailable until it finishes. This usually takes a few minutes. If it has been stuck for a long time, open a ticket with your server name. See Contact support.

Suspended servers cannot be used until the suspension is lifted. The usual reason is an unpaid invoice, which can suspend a service if it is not paid within 48 hours of its due date. Check Invoices in your client area. See Renewals and invoices. If you think it is a mistake, open a ticket.

“Failed to connect to websocket instance”

Section titled ““Failed to connect to websocket instance””

The console could not connect. Try these in order:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Turn off ad blockers and privacy extensions for the panel, then refresh.
  3. Try another browser, or turn off a VPN.
  4. Wait a minute and try again. The server may be restarting.

If it keeps happening, open a ticket and tell us your browser and what you tried.

“Server is exceeding the assigned disk space limit”

Section titled ““Server is exceeding the assigned disk space limit””

Your server ran out of disk space. See Server is out of disk space.
