These settings are on your panel account page, not on an individual server.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA adds a code from an authenticator app to your login. To turn it on, open your panel account settings and follow the steps. When you finish, the panel shows recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe. You need them if you lose your phone.

Caution

If you lose access to your authenticator app and have no recovery codes, you cannot reset 2FA yourself. Open a ticket and we will help after checking it is you. See Contact support.

With 2FA on, the Access Panel button in your client area may not sign you in automatically. Log in at panel.omnehosting.com instead. See Log in to the panel.

SSH keys

If you use SFTP, you can sign in with an SSH key instead of typing your password each time. Add your public key in your panel account settings under SSH keys. Then choose the key in your SFTP program.

Only add the public key. Never share your private key. See Upload and manage files.

Change your password

Change your panel password from your panel account settings. To change your billing password, use your client area account settings instead. They are separate logins.
